Investing $250 Million to Expand Tourism and Services Across Southeast Asia

Aquarius International Development (AQI), a leader in tourism and services, has announced the launch of its project "Aquarius Residences & Resort" on Koh Chang, a major residential and tourism development in Southeast Asia, and is moving forward with the sale of its luxurious pool villa collection.

Currently, "Aquarius Residences & Resort" is under construction in the southernmost area of Koh Chang, covering over 145 rai (47,008 square meters), which will consist of three phases: Pool Villa Residences, luxurious large pool villas; Condominium Residences, low-rise condominiums; and a five-star resort named "The Chedi Aquarius Koh Chang", with all three phases scheduled to launch in 2022.
